I am house in Heaven, dear ones; / Oh so pleased and so brilliant! / There is ideal pleasure and beauty / on this everlasting light.
/ I will not worry, Jesus, / As daylight fades away, / Thy guiding light / Burns pure and brilliant, / Till evening provides way to day. / I is not going to worry, Jesus, / Though demise should pass my way, / Thy mighty hand / Will help me stand / Before Thy Judgement Day. Life is but slightly pathway / God has planned for you and me, / And He walks the best way earlier than us; / Oft' our path we can't see. / And we sometimes get discouraged / When the briers pierce us sore, / Then He involves us and whispers, / "I am with thee evermore." / Then how beautiful the roses / Which along the trail we meet!
"We have liked them during life, allow us to not abandon them, until we've conducted them by our prayers into the house of the Lord." Where there is harm, pardon, Where there may be doubt, religion, Where there is despair, hope, Where there's darkness, light, and where there is unhappiness, pleasure. May He help us all the day lengthy, till the shades lengthen and the evening comes, and the busy world is hushed, and the fever of life is over, and our work is completed. Then in His mercy may He give us a protected lodging, and a holy rest and peace on the final.
/ All the ache and grief is over, / every stressed tossing handed, / I am now at peace forever, / Safely residence in Heaven finally. / Did you surprise I so calmly Trod / the valley, of the shade?
But Jesus love illuminated / each dark and fearful glade. / And He got here Himself / to satisfy me in that way so hard to tread; / And with Jesus' arm to lean on / may I have one doubt or dread? / Then you have to not grieve so sorely, / for I love you dearly nonetheless; / Try to look beyond earth's shadows. / Pray to trust our Father's Will / there may be work nonetheless ready for you, / so you must not idly stand; / do it now, whereas life remaineth - / you shall rest in Jesus' land.
/ When that work is all accomplished, / he'll gently call you Home; / Oh, the rapture of the assembly, / Oh the enjoyment to see you come. I will not fear, Jesus, / Along life's dreary means, / For tho I worry, / Thou walkest near, / Beside me, day by day. / I won't fear, Jesus, / Though skies turn stormy gray, / For each care / That I must bear, / Beneath Thy cross, I lay.
