One of the healers in blue, Lapis has a lot of the same weaknesses as her other blue healer comrades in that they're not great at healing the party, an important trait for later game dungeons. Selfish by nature, blue healers offer very little in terms of party survivability and what little they do offer to the team often times comes with a requirement. This has left blue healers in a weak spot in later game dungeons. Lapis' status and HP healing are fine for the beginning parts but are quickly outpaced by the likes of Dryad and Lumiere who both offer unconditional healing to your party while also able to spread the sub card effects of cards like Cronos, Xebec, Eibon and Vesty.
One thing she does have over Dryad and Lumi is the fact she'll heal yourself of status effects naturally. However, that advantage is short lived with the addition of Kirara to any blue AoE buff card, allowing them too the ability to heal status aliments but for the whole party, sorry Lapis. Even as a sub card Lapis falls short, requiring her to be equipped to an Ace card, taking away precious damage reduction sub cards but also requires you be under a status effect to even provide a boost to the Ace's healing skill(If it's even a healing ace).
If that all wasn't enough, her super fusion is one of the worst in the game! While Garnet and Lapis aren't common in main decks outside of lower levels, Peridot is a common support card for all stages of the game, which could lead to a lot of messed up hands at bosses if this fusion is not performed early on in a dungeon.
Overall, this card has been left by the wayside, a relic of an age long past as the game has grown and aged. It's best to pass on this card in Gacha events and SS giveaways unless you desperately require a self healer.
